Pickles and Handsets

• We offer the famous CM Pickle- a simple handset with a metre of cable and a cee connector, this allows a Lodestar to be operated at stage level to take up chain etc
• We can supply double pickles (to operate 2 hoists)
• Direct control pickles for one or two hoists can also be supplied
• The word Pickle was, we believe, taken from the missile firing button on a Navy Jet!

Controllers - General

• Flight cased, 19 inch rack mount for entertainment applications. As an option these can be built into steel panels which are capable of being mounted into your flight cases
• Cee outlets to each hoist and a 5 pin cee input connector
• With power indicators and manual phase reversal switch
• Control is by individual toggle switches for each hoist with up/ neutral/ down positions. A run and seperate key on/ off emergency stop buttons are always provided

Guardian Controllers for Direct Controlled Hoists

• Guardian controllers are available for direct controlled Lodestars or other hoists. Three control options are available:
  
  1. Local control, where all the controls are fitted to the front face of the controller
  
  2. Full remote control with all controls mounted on the handset, 15m of handset cable offered as standard
  
  3. We also offer an intermediate solution with toggle switches to select hoist direction mounted on the controller and a small remote handset with a go button and a key on/ off emergency stop button
• We offer controllers in 4, 6, 8 or 12 channel as standard but can manufacture these in any variation, the largest controller for direct control hoists that we have manufactured so far is 42 channels

Guardian Controllers for low voltage controlled Lodestars

• Guardian controllers are available for direct controlled Lodestars or other hoists. Three control options are available:
  
  1. Local control, where all the controls are fitted to the front face of the controller
  
  2. Full remote control with all controls mounted on the handset, 15m of handset cable offered as standard
  
  3. We also offer an intermediate solution with toggle switches to select hoist direction mounted on the controller and a small remote handset with a go button and a key on/ off emergency stop button
