We supply Rosco Flamex Flame Retardant.
Each of the six flame retardants is keyed to a specific family of materials and designed for ease of use and to maximize protection.
These advanced flame retardant materials have been tested and certified according to the appropriate standards by NFPA, ANSI and ASTM and have certificates of approval from the California Fire Marshall and NYC Fire Department.
NF-use Flamex NF on cotton, muslin, scrims, cotton netting, natural velours, wools, linens, natural felts, and most other decorative, garment or upholstery fabrics made with natural fibers.
SF-use Flamex SF on polyesters, nylons, acrylics and rayons, as well as most cotton/synthetic blends.
DF-Flamex DF is a gentle solution that maintains the soft qualities of the fabric while still providing a safe and secure flame treatment. Flamex DF works with most natural or synthetic fiber fabrics.
PC-Most paper products without a wax coating or other water resistant properties can be effectively treated.
WD-Use Flamex WD to treat wood and cellulosic materials. Plywood, board stock, sheet goods, hay, acoustical tile and other common materials can all be rendered flame retardant with Flamex WD.
PA-Flamex PA is a clear, un-pigmented additive for creating a flame retardant paint layer. Flamex PA is compatible in most latex or vinyl acrylic paints but always test with your specific paint choice.
